Porcupine Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 tablespoon parsley (or 2 tablespoons dried parsley)
- 3 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
